GoodRobe & Co. is a women-owned and inspired apparel company with a mission to change women’s lives by helping them to create timeless, effortless wardrobes that they can thrive in. We’ve thoughtfully designed classic, mix-and-matchable pieces that make it easier for women to look their best and feel more confident so they can focus on more important things in life.
What is a capsule?
A capsule is a collection of classic, go-to pieces that are made to be worn together. We offer pre-set capsules that consist of six versatile pieces that are designed to mix and match for endless outfits. You can either buy a pre-set capsule, design your own capsule or simply shop individual pieces to curate your own perfect wardrobe. How many outfits can you make with a capsule?
You can minimally make a month’s worth of outfits if you rely solely on the items in the capsule. However, we encourage you to incorporate favorites that are already in your wardrobe to create endless options and infuse your own personality.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. through USPS. Because we ship through USPS, we can deliver orders to P.O. Boxes, US territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, and Marshall Islands), and U.S. military bases.
How much is shipping?
For orders under $150, there is a flat rate of $8. For any orders over $150, shipping is free.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship within 24-48 hours from receipt if the product is in stock.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within the continental US
How do your orders ship?
We ship using either USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the best option.
Can I expedite my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at this time
Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?
We are unable to make changes once your order is placed, so please be sure your order is as accurate as possible. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to intercept it and adjust it before shipping.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I place an order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation. If, however, you don’t receive one, be aware that emails can accidentally go into a spam or junk folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, simply message us at email@example.com and we will look into your online order for you.
Can I check the status of an order?
Yes, once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use that to check on the status of your order.
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Please contact the carrier directly if your order appears to be lost or stolen. We also suggest confirming with your neighbors that the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong address or picked up by mistake. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to launch a formal investigation to locate your package.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note that only one credit card option can be used per order.
What do I do if my payment method is declined?
This generally happens if your information was entered incorrectly. Please make sure the billing details you entered on our site (i.e. zip code and security code) match the details on your card.
Return & Exchanges
What is your return policy for regular-priced items?
You may return all full-price unworn and unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of fulfillment. You can select either a refund to original payment method ($8 to cover shipping costs) or a product exchange (no fee). Refunds will reflect any discounts applied at purchase. Please ensure all items are in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear and tear and no alterations. Any items not in brand-new condition are subject to return refusal.
What is your return policy for items purchased on sale?
Unless items are marked final sale, you may return sale items using the same guidelines as specified for regular-priced garments. We do not accept returns on final sale items.
What is your refund policy?
If you select a return to your original payment method, there is an $8 fee to cover the cost of shipping. All returns are processed when they are received in our warehouse. Exchanges do not incur a shipping fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate your exchange. A return label will be provided to you with free shipping on all exchanges.
How do I start to make a return or exchange?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return process. We offer refunds or exchanges.
For refunds to your original payment method, a return label will be provided and a flat shipping fee of $8 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, a return label will be provided with free return shipping.
How do I find out what size I am?
Our sizes run true-to-size. You can refer to our size chart which shows recommended body measurements for each size. We also provide detailed garment measurements for items located on every product page.
How can I find more information about a specific item?
We provide full product details on each individual product page, including style tips, care instructions, and fit and fabric details. If you have any questions that aren’t found on our site, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I create a custom capsule?
Yes. Please click here and you will be directed to the page where you can create your own six-piece capsule. As with our pre-set capsules, you will get 25% off of your custom capsule as well.
Can I combine discount codes with my order?
Offers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used at a time. Your first-time purchase discount code cannot be combined with the capsule discount however, it can be saved for a second purchase if you purchase a capsule on your first purchase.
